A case of molestation and misbehavior with the girl students returning home after tuition has come to light in Delhi Gate police station area of Aligarh. 4-5 accused molested the girl students, made objectionable comments and threatened them by showing a gun. Meanwhile, the father of the girl students passed by there.

After which, they along with the people of the area attacked the accused. Seeing the people of the area, the accused tried to run away from there. But the crowd caught one of the accused. After which the people of the area went to Delhi Gate police station and handed him over to the police and created a ruckus. After which the police have registered a case.
The accused were pressuring for conversion
The victim’s father said that his daughters go out of the house every day with their friends for tuition. Like every day, on Thursday also they went for tuition and were returning home at 7 in the evening. During this time, 4-5 accused from other community stopped the students on the way.
The accused started molesting and doing obscene acts with her. Not only this, the accused also forced her to convert by showing her a gun. During this time, he had left the house for some work and was passing through the same route. Then he saw the accused. After which he shouted and called the people of the locality and attacked the accused.
Police assured the people that strict legal action will be taken against the accused.
The former mayor reached the police station and demanded action
On getting information about the incident, the former mayor and BJP members reached Delhi Gate police station. They talked to the police station in-charge and demanded immediate registration of the case and arrest of the accused’s other associates. During this time, there was a ruckus in the police station for a long time.
After which the police assured the Hindus of taking strict action. Along with this, on the complaint of the victim side, the police has registered a case against the accused. At the same time, the police is interrogating the arrested accused, so that information about his other accomplices can also be obtained.
Police interrogation of the accused continues
One of the accused who molested the girls was caught by the people and handed over to the police. The arrested accused told people his name was Arbaaz son of Haji Munna resident of Sarai Mian, near Changa Wali Masjid, Delhi Gate Police Station. After which the police kept interrogating him till late night.
CO First Abhay Kumar Pandey said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the victim side. One accused has been taken into custody and is being questioned. Investigation of the case is going on and further strict legal action will be taken on the basis of the investigation.
