The condition of roads in Ghazipur assembly constituency has remained the same for years. Even after raising voice from road to the house, when this problem could not be resolved, Jangipur MLA Dr. Virendra Yadav met the CM and raised the issue of dilapidated roads.

SP MLA Dr. Virendra Yadav said that the main road of Jangipur assembly constituency is a connecting road from Jangipur to Raipur via Subhakharpur (Aripur), which is about 10 km long. This road has been dilapidated and in bad condition for the last 7 years.
People face difficulty in commuting due to the dilapidated road.
People have to face problems while commuting. The issue of the poor condition of this road and the problems faced by the people was raised in the assembly many times, protests were held, DM, departmental minister, officials and the chief secretary were informed by giving a letter but no hearing took place.
He said that he finally met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow and apprised him of the problem of this dilapidated and poor road and demanded action. The MLA said that the CM has given assurance but since I am an opposition MLA, now it has to be seen how much attention the Chief Minister pays to this issue of public interest.
