So far 123 people have died in the stampede during Bhole Baba’s satsang program in Fullerai village of Hathras on July 2. Among the dead, 18 devotees from Etah and Kasganj also lost their lives in Etah Lok Sabha constituency. The entire Etah was shocked by the death of 9 devotees from Kasganj and 9 from Etah.

Due to this, former MP Rajveer Singh went to the homes of the deceased devotees of his Lok Sabha constituency Etah and Kasganj and expressed condolences to them and assured them of all possible help. His son Sandeep Singh, Basic Education Minister in the Uttar Pradesh government, was asked by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to camp at the site of the incident and provide all possible help to the families of the deceased and arrange for the best treatment of the injured at government expense.

The surprising thing is that even till the fourth day of the accident, the newly elected Samajwadi Party MP from Etah, Devesh Shakya, was nowhere to be seen. When he was contacted, he told that he is in Etawah district. On 7, 8, 9 July, he will meet the families of the devotees of Etah and Kasganj district who died and were injured in the Hathras accident and pay tribute to them and express condolences.

After the Hathras Satsang incident, the bodies of the deceased were handed over to their families.

The MP said- it is Bhole Baba’s fault

Etah MP expressed grief over the death of 123 devotees in the stampede during the satsang of Surajpal alias Bhole Baba and expressed deep condolences to the families of the deceased. He said that action should be taken against such hypocritical people and strict action should be taken against whoever is guilty in this. MP Devesh Shakya said that he considers Bhole Baba to be at fault in this.

In the Hathras incident, 9 devotees from Etah and 9 from Kasganj have died in Etah Lok Sabha constituency. More than a dozen devotees have been injured. The MP said that he considers Bhole Baba to be at fault in this entire matter. Baba should cooperate with the administration and even if he has committed a mistake, it is not right to run away like this.
