Yoga practice was conducted at the district headquarters in Balrampur on Friday, in which many men and women participated. Yoga practice is being conducted continuously in the district. People are being made aware about the importance of yoga in life.
In the organized yoga program, the people present were taught subtle exercises, cervical movement, shoulder movement, knee movement. Along with this, they were made to practice Trikonasana, Katichakra Asana, Tadasana, Vrikshasana etc. Yoga instructor Dr. Amarjeet Singh gave information about various yoga asanas to the people present and gave them the mantra to remain stress free and healthy.
