Chief General Manager of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Lucknow, MC Singh, during his visit to Sultanpur on Saturday, said in a press conference that in the coming time, BSNL is going to provide better facilities to its consumers.

He said that BSNL is going to increase the availability of its mobile network to 99%. Rapid work is being done to extend fiber to every home and every village so that consumers can easily get internet.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s Chief General Manager MC Singh reached the BSNL office in Sultanpur today. During this, he held a meeting with BSNL officials of Sultanpur as well as Rae Bareli, Jaunpur and Pratapgarh. During this, the Chief General Manager gave directions to BSNL employees and said that they should make people more aware of BSNL and provide them better facilities. This will enable BSNL to reach every household.
Better service is our new goal
After the meeting with the officials, BSNL Lucknow’s Chief General Manager MC Singh addressed the media. He said that today BSNL means better service is the new goal and now BSNL is working in the interest of the country from the security point of view as well. He said that in order to provide the facility of BSNL 4G network to maximum number of consumers, arrangements are being made to create DSA (Direct Selling Agent) in urban areas and RD (Rural Distributor) in rural areas to sell SIM.
BSNL will extend fiber to the villages
He said that in order to provide high speed internet facility of BSNL fiber (FTTH) to maximum number of consumers, youth should be made BSNL channel partners in urban and rural areas, which will provide employment to the youth and also give them an opportunity to work as a startup. They will earn a good profit from this and under the Digital India Mission of the Government of India, high speed internet facility will also be provided to every village.
Customer care facility will be available
He said that BSNL customers who have 2G or 3G SIM will be converted to BSNL 4G SIM. He also said that BSNL is going to increase the availability of its mobile network up to 99%. BSNL fiber should be taken to every house and village so that consumers can easily get internet facility. He said that BSNL is starting 4G SIM for consumers for free. Now fiber network is being started in place of copper. Work is going on to improve customer care. BSNL’s phone service will also be improved soon.
