The case is of village Harganpur of Nahtaur police station area of ​​Bijnor. Arvind Kumar was married to Pratiksha of village Akheda. It is said that there was a dispute between the husband and wife over some issue. The husband had come to his in-laws’ village Akheda with his two-year-old child Aarav and wife. He went back with his wife and child in the evening. Child Aarav’s maternal grandfather Anil says that daughter Pratiksha and son-in-law Arvind had come with their children to attend a thirteenth day ceremony in the family. After which everyone went back home in the evening.

Grandfather said- son-in-law murdered grandson and threw his body outside the house

Anil says that his son-in-law beat up his daughter after going home. After killing his son Aarav, he came to his house at 4 am on a bike with his friends and was running away after dumping the dead body of the child. Then the villagers caught him and informed the police. Police reached the spot, took the dead body in their custody and sent it for postmortem. Legal action was initiated by taking the father of the child into custody.

Husband’s allegation- Wife killed the child by throwing him on the ground

The child’s father Arvind says that his wife killed the child by throwing him on the ground and is blaming him. Both the husband and wife are accusing each other of killing their child. The police have sent the body for post-mortem.
