On Monday, a sensation spread in the area when the body of the son of a retired police inspector was found lying on the side of the Etawah Bareilly highway in Farrukhabad. A crowd of onlookers gathered at the spot. Police reached the spot after getting the information, took the body in their custody and started investigation.

On receiving information about the body of a young man lying on the Etawah-Bareilly highway in front of Reliance Petrol Pump near Bijadharpur in Fatehgarh Kotwali area, a crowd gathered to see the body. Bijadharpur resident Laado Devi reached the spot and identified the body as her son Pawan son Omkar Yadav. The mother said that at 7 in the morning a young man from the village took him with him to deposit the electricity bill. Later this information did not reach home.
Police engaged in investigation
Village head husband Ajit Yadav alias Bhola reached the spot and informed the police. The young man’s wife has been living in her maternal home in village Padamgher in Mainpuri district for a long time. On receiving the information, Central Jail Chowki in-charge Dharmendra Kumar reached the spot and took the body in custody and started investigation.
