High Court lawyers, who are upset due to the non-resolution of many problems including procedural problems related to hearing of cases and misbehavior with lawyers in the court, will abstain from judicial work on Wednesday. This decision was taken in the meeting of the High Court Bar Association Executive held on Tuesday.

In the meeting held in the new office bearers chamber of the Bar Association under the chairmanship of President Anil Tiwari and under the direction of General Secretary Vikrant Pandey, the executive discussed various problems related to the lawyers in the High Court.

Lawyers are angry about these issues

Irritated by the ill-treatment of lawyers at some places, not following the old method of revising cases at other places, arbitrarily changing the filing and reporting process without amending the High Court Rules, refusal to provide the demanded data related to the advocate roll, it was unanimously decided to abstain from judicial work on Wednesday.

Information given to the Chief Justice

Information about the decision has been sent to the Chief Justice, Advocate General, Additional Solicitor General. A copy of the decision has also been sent to the Government Advocate and Chief Standing Advocate, High Court and Assistant Solicitor General, High Court. Senior Vice President Rajesh Khare, Vice President Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi, Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, Subhash Chandra Yadav, Neeraj Tripathi and Neelam Shukla, Joint Secretary Sumit Srivastava, Abhijeet Pandey and Puneet Shukla, Treasurer Ran Vijay Singh, Governing Council Member Udisha Tripathi, Abhishek Mishra, Awadhesh Mishra, Sachchidanand Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Rajesh Shukla, Sarveshwar Lal Srivastava, Ved Prakash Ojha, Baldev Shukla, Amarnath Tripathi and Brajesh Singh Sengar were present in the meeting.
