Special Public Prosecutor Vaibhav Pandey said that on the evening of April 17, 2001, Shiv Kumar, a resident of Gaura Pure Matau of Jamo police station, had filed a case. After the death of the doctor AP Tiwari who conducted the postmortem, the statement of pharmacist Ram Shiromani was recorded. The defense also completed the cross-examination of him. The next hearing for other witnesses has been fixed for July 20.
