A pregnant woman died during treatment in the women’s hospital in Firozabad’s Ramgarh police station area. Her maternal family members are accusing her of beating her to death. The police sent the deceased’s body to the district hospital for postmortem. The police is investigating the case.

Hina (22), a resident of Mohalla Urdu Nagar, was pregnant. Her husband worked as a labourer at a brick kiln to support the family. When she developed complications, she was admitted to the 100-bed hospital. She died during treatment there.

The deceased’s brother said that her in-laws beat her to death. The police, who got information about the case, questioned both the maternal and in-laws. The police kept the body in the postmortem house. The deceased’s brother said that his sister was beaten to death by her husband.
People working at the brick kiln informed them about this. Two days ago, a call was received from the in-laws in which they were threatening. Ramgarh police station in-charge Pradeep Kumar said that the postmortem of the body is being done. Action will be taken on the basis of the PM and medical report. A case will be registered after receiving the complaint. Investigation is being done regarding the incident.
