After the success of the film, Kabir spoke to Dainik Bhaskar. During this, he gave very interesting answers to some questions in the rapid fire round. He also told how much Salman Khan means to him.

Kabir Khan has directed 3 films of Salman Khan, Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Tubelight. When Kabir was asked about Salman during the rapid fire round, he said- Salman is my friend for life.
John Abraham is Kabir’s first workout guru
When the director was asked about John Abraham, he called the actor his first workout guru. Let us tell you, Kabir has also directed John’s films Kabul Express and New York.
Praised the late actor Irrfan Khan
Kabir Khan also praised late actor Irrfan Khan. Kabir called him his inspiration.
Kabir said- Katrina and Karthik are like family members
Kabir has worked with Katrina Kaif in many projects. During the rapid fire round, he called Katrina an important part of the family. Kabir also called Kartik Aryan a family member.
‘Working with Ranveer is thrilling’
Kabir also praised Ranveer Singh. He said that working with Ranveer is full of excitement. Let us tell you, Ranveer’s film 83 is directed by Kabir Khan.
Kabir wants to make a film, not a documentary
Kabir was further asked whether he prefers directing films or documentaries? In response, he said – Documentaries have taught me a lot. But right now my focus is on making films. During this, Kabir told that he does not want to remake any classical film. He believes that controversies arise on such issues.
Kabir said- I don’t have any favorite film
Kabir was also asked about his favourite film. In response to this the director said- I do not have any favourite film. Choices keep changing with time. But the film that impressed me the most in my childhood was Gandhi.
Expressed desire to know the future
Kabir told during the rapid fire round that if he got a chance to go into a time machine, he would like to know what is going to happen in the future.
Kabir also spoke on National Award and Box Office
Kabir was asked which he gives more importance to between box office and National Award? In response, he said- I have received the National Award. My films also perform well at the box office. I will not be able to choose one between the two. Yes, I will definitely say that if both things are available at the same time, it will be like icing on the cake.
