In a colony of Lucknow’s PGI area, a pet dog bit a seven-year-old child. When the child’s father approached the owner of the dog with a complaint, he scolded him and drove him away.

The family took the child to the hospital where he was treated. The victim’s father has lodged a complaint at the police station and demanded action. It is being told that the dog has attacked and injured many people of the village earlier also.
Sanjay Tiwari, who lives in Anand Bihar Colony in Jagat Kheda, Kalli West, made a written complaint to the police and said that Shiv Pujan Singh, who lives in the same neighborhood, has kept a pet dog. It is often left loose.
He told that his 7 year old son Divya was playing outside the house. The dog suddenly came and attacked him. When the son fell down, the dog bit him on many places including the back and legs. The child’s father Sanjay told that when he went to complain to Shiv Pujan (who owns the dog), he fought with him and scolded him and drove him out of the house.
Mukesh Kumar Singh, a local resident, said that many times complaints were lodged with the municipal corporation team to save people from the terror of dogs. But the team does not come here. He said that after 9:00 pm, if a biker passes by here, the dogs chase him and many times people even fall off their bikes in this process.
