On Wednesday, in Ramgarh village of Chandwak police station area of Jaunpur, there was a fierce fight between two parties over the issue of fencing. During this, both the parties used sticks and rods fiercely. In which five people including a woman got injured. Two were admitted to the district hospital as their condition was critical.

A fight broke out after an argument
Mohan Naik was building bunds for Ashadhi farming. In which Mohan Naik was removing the already built bund. Ram Vachan Naik opposed this. When the dispute increased, both the parties clashed and an argument started. Soon, sticks were used against each other. Due to which Mohan, his son Ramesh and Akhilesh from one side and Ram Bachan and his wife Girija and son Ram from the other side got injured. Both the parties have filed a complaint after reaching the police station.

It is alleged that Chandwak police took one-sided action and took the injured of one side to CHC Dobhi. Where seeing Ramesh’s condition critical, the doctors referred him to the district hospital. Police is taking legal action by registering a case on the basis of Mohan’s complaint. While Ramvachan’s son Ram and wife are also seriously injured. A case has not been registered against them.
Rumors spread that a person had died
The other party is getting treatment in a private hospital. Meanwhile, someone spread the rumour of a person dying in a fight on Friday morning. The senior officials of the district headquarters took cognizance of this and directed the police inspector of Kerakat Dilip Kumar Singh and the police station in-charge of Chandwak Brijesh Kumar Gupta. When the police of both the police stations reached the village and investigated, the news of the death turned out to be false. Then the police heaved a sigh of relief.
