Complainants coming from far-off places also face problems. In the scorching heat and now the rain, they have to sit here and there in the BKT police station premises. This temporary Mahila Thana II is being constructed at a cost of Rs 612.90 lakh.
The construction work of the non-residential (administrative building) building is going on at a cost of Rs 488.12 lakh, while this Mahila Thana II was virtually inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath before the code of conduct for the Lok Sabha elections came into force.
