There are flood-like conditions in more than 10 villages of Moradabad. On the orders of the DM, the ADM Finance and Revenue visited these villages along with the administrative team. There is three to four feet of water on the roads leading to the villages. In such a situation, the officers had to leave their vehicles in advance.
