A young man died in Hathras. His body was found lying in the field. Police also reached the spot and after investigation sent the body for postmortem. The family members have suspected murder.

Vijay Kumar (30), son of Raghuveer Singh, a resident of Sidhamai village in the Hasayan police station area in Hathras, used to work as a labourer to support himself and his family. Yesterday he had gone to attend a function in the village. He did not return after that.
Police questioned people
When the family members started looking for him, today his body was found lying in a field outside the village. A huge crowd gathered at the spot. On receiving the information, Hasayan Kotwali police reached the spot. The police interrogated some people there. The family members allege that some people had taken Vijay Kumar with them from this program and these people have murdered him. Vijay has left behind three crying children. The police has conducted the post-mortem of the body.
