Let us know what is the whole matter
Section Officer Ajay Kumar Singh has given a report that Rashmikala and Ram Prakash were selected for the post of Principal in PCS 2021. On this, the Commission got the experience certificates of the candidates verified. In the investigation, after examining the relevant records and experience certificates along with the report of the District School Inspector Bhadohi, it has been found that Vidya Sagar Intermediate Pure Khushal, Bhadohi has informed that Rashmikala was working as an assistant teacher in the school from 10 July 2016 to 31 March 2020.
As per office records, Rashmikala’s experience certificate for the post of Principal has not been issued from this office. My signature is not on her experience certificate.

Called on 31st July to present side
On this, the candidate Rashmikala was called on 31 July 2023 to present her side. Rashmikala was clearly asked that in the verification report sent by the Joint Director of Education in reference to your experience certificate, it is mentioned that the experience certificate has not been issued from this office. Rashmikala told that the experience certificate was received from the manager of the school. After this, an investigation was conducted to find out at which level this forged experience certificate was issued.
Then, during investigation, it was found that Rashmika’s certificate had been made into an experience certificate by a member of the school management committee by forging the signature of the divisional joint director of education and by making a fake seal of the government designation.

Many frauds have come to light
Similarly, during verification of experience certificate of candidate Ram Prakash, it was found that the certificate had a forged signature. After knowing Ram Prakash’s side, investigation was conducted and it was found that the forged signature may have been done at the level of the concerned candidate. After receiving the investigation report, the commission decided that since the matter is of sensitive and serious nature.
It is possible that the candidates themselves may have obtained the experience certificates in connivance with the concerned schools with the intention of getting a government job. An FIR has been lodged against both the candidates on this. Also, action should be taken by investigating against the persons who gave fake experience certificates to the candidates.
