The hearing of Lord Vishwanath’s case of 1991 related to Gyanvapi is going on in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Prashant Kumar (Fast Track Court). An objection was filed by the three daughters of the late plaintiff Harihar Pandey regarding becoming a party. The court accepted his application and fixed July 12 as the time for objection.

The court seriously considered each petition and said that both the parties will be given full opportunity. Lord Vishwaeshwar’s advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi has filed an objection by submitting an application with an affidavit. In this case, facts were presented regarding the inclusion or non-inclusion of a new party. However, the court will give its decision on becoming a party only after the objection is filed.

Let us tell you that the hearing in the 1991 ancient idol Swayambhu Lord Vishwanath case related to Gyanvapi is almost in its final stage in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court Prashant Singh. Both the parties have presented their arguments but now the applications to become a party have hindered the outcome of the case.
