Kamal Haasan’s film ‘Indian 2’ is the sequel to director Shankar’s 1996 film Indian. Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Sarfira’ is the official Hindi remake of the Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’. The film is directed by Sudha Kongara, who made the original film.

Before Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’, the film ‘Vikram’ was released. The box office collection of this film in all languages ​​on the first day was Rs 32.05 crores. Whereas, the first day box office collection of the film ‘Indian 2’ was Rs 26 crores. This year Akshay Kumar started with the film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. The first day box office collection of this film was Rs 15.65 crores. Whereas ‘Sarfira’ could earn only Rs 2 crore 40 lakhs on the first day.

At the same time, Prabhas’s film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ had a good second weekend at the domestic box office. According to the latest figures, the film collected Rs 5 crore 25 lakh on Friday, the 16th day. With this, the total earnings of the film at the domestic box office have become Rs 548.60 crore. Talking about the worldwide collection, this film has reached close to 890 crores.
