According to the information, Aman Chauhan, son of Rajesh Kumar Chauhan, a resident of Tulsi Sagar Peer Nagar Ghazipur, lodged a complaint in Vibhutikhand police station on May 23. He told that Elpida Private Limited is a real estate company. Its owner is Uddeshya Tiwari. Which is built in LDCO Corporate Tower. Sanjay Singh, a resident of Ghazipur, works as an agent there.
Sanjay introduced me to get me a plot in Lucknow at a cheap rate. He told me about his plot in Barabanki. The rate of which was Rs. 149 per square feet. He booked a 1500 square feet plot on this. He paid Rs. 80,000 in cash for it. On the same day, he booked four plots of 1500 square feet each in the name of his father Rajesh Kumar. He paid Rs. 10,000 each for the booking amount.
Threatening someone else by telling them to sell the land
Uddeshya said that the sooner the money is paid, the sooner the registry will be done. Due to which Aman gave about 8 lakh rupees in different ways. Then Uddeshya asked for more money saying that the plot will be transferred in the name of someone else. The complainant asked for money from his relatives and deposited about 12 lakh rupees with the company.
He said that he would call to inform about the date of registration. When the call did not come for a long time, Aman contacted him. MD Uddeshya told him that the plot has been sold to someone else. He said that it will be returned. After this, he returned about 20 lakhs. After this, he refused to return the money. Then Aman filed a complaint in Gomti Nagar police station.
After which the police was looking for the fraudster Uddeshya. On Sunday, the police got information that Uddeshya Tiwari is staying in Hotel Hyatt. On the basis of the information, the police left and arrested him from the spot and sent him to jail.
