He has suspended Inspector in-charge of Dakor police station Rajesh Pal Singh and SOG in-charge Satyendra Kumar Yadav with immediate effect. DM Rajesh Pandey has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the matter. Additional Superintendent of Police Asim Chaudhary has given information about this matter.
Additional Superintendent of Police Asim Chaudhary said that Santosh Kumar was murdered by smashing his head in Mohana of Dakor Kotwali. In this case, his wife had lodged a murder case against five people. Police had reached to arrest Rajkumar Parihar for questioning.

The cause of death in the postmortem was found to be heart attack
During this time his condition deteriorated. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment. Where the doctors declared him dead. In this case, his postmortem was conducted. In which the cause of death was heart attack, although there was no injury on his body, yet his viscera has been sent to the forensic lab. So that the cause of death can be more clear.
In this case, Inspector in-charge of Dakor police station Rajesh Pal Singh and SOG in-charge Satendra Singh Yadav have been suspended. District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Pandey has also ordered a magisterial inquiry. A magisterial inquiry will be conducted in this case. Whatever truth comes out during the investigation, further action will be taken on that basis.
