The body of a middle aged man who drowned in the river in Balrampur on Sunday was found after almost 15 hours. Last Sunday at 3 o’clock, a middle aged man went missing after drowning in a Naukhan situated on the river bank. The man had gone to graze his cattle in his field situated near the Naukhan on the river bank.

The cattle went into deep water. While trying to get out, it drowned itself. After getting information about the incident, SDM reached the spot and got the dead body out with the help of villagers and SDRF team.

The deceased was posted as a Shiksha Mitra

The matter is of village Hasangarh of Gaidas Adhed of Balrampur development block. Shiv Narayan, a resident of the village, went to graze cattle in his field near Naukhan on the river bank at 3 o’clock on Sunday. The buffalo went into the deep water of Naukhan located on the river bank. While trying to get out, he drowned. He was being searched since then. According to the information received, Shiv Narayan was posted as Shiksha Mitra in the primary school of Masjidia Gram Panchayat.

Teachers reached home and met their family members

Fellow teachers of the concerned department, Mohammad Feroz, Jagmohan, Manoj Kumar, Ramchandra Gupta and social worker Dr. Ehsan Khan, Dr. Ataullah Khan, Dr. Rafiullah Khan, former head Salman Khan reached the house of the deceased Shiksha Mitra and met the family members and consoled the family. They have said that they will stand with the family.

Police station in-charge Gaidas Bujurg Durvijay Chaudhary said that the middle aged man’s body has been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. Further legal action will be taken after the report arrives.
