Then Yogesh Kumar, a resident of his village, lured her and took her away. Where he kept his daughter in Gujarat for 5 to 6 days and raped her.

The police registered a report and arrested the youth and after recovering the girl from him, the police recorded the statement of the girl in the court. Where the girl had said that Yogesh Kumar had raped her. The police increased the rape charges against the accused and sent him to jail and filed a charge sheet against the accused in the POCSO court for rape and other sections. The trial of which was going on in the court of POCSO Act Special Judge Mohammad Qamar. The hearing of which was completed today.

The judge sentenced the youth to 20 years of imprisonment

On the basis of arguments of the lawyers of both the sides, statements of witnesses and evidence, Special Judge of POCSO Court Mohammad Qamar found the accused Yogesh Kumar guilty of raping a minor and sentenced him to twenty years of imprisonment. He also imposed a fine of forty thousand rupees. If the fine is not paid, he will have to undergo additional imprisonment.
