By-elections are to be held on 56 seats in Balrampur. In which by-elections are to be held for 5 seats of Pradhan, 9 BDC and 42 Panchayat members. In which Pradhan elections will be held only on 4 out of 5 seats, it will not be possible on 1 seat because there is a problem due to reserved quota.

By-elections will be held on 56 seats

Let us tell you that by-elections are to be held on 56 seats including 6 development blocks of Balrampur. Which includes Balrampur Sadar, Tulsipur, Haraiya, Gasadi, Pachpedwa, Rehra Bazaar, Uttaraula, Gaidas Bujurg development blocks. But by-election will not be held in Village Panchayat Haranhawa Susta of development block Gasadi because there is not a single Scheduled Tribe person here. Government will not be formed through by-election in Village Panchayat Haranhawa Susta of the same Gasadi block.

This Gram Panchayat has been reserved for the Scheduled Tribes, whereas not even a single person from the Scheduled Tribes resides in this Gram Panchayat. Due to this deficiency, by-elections cannot be held here. The village is being developed under the supervision of the administrator.

Nomination will be done till 22 July

The department is making preparations for the by-election. The nomination process for the by-election has begun. The nomination process will continue till July 22 and the nomination papers will be scrutinized on July 23 and the election symbol will be allotted after the withdrawal of nominations on July 24.
