An old man who came to the public court in Lucknow’s LDA office created a ruckus. The old man had come to the LDA office with his plea after being troubled by the local bullies. He got angry when the officials did not take cognizance and started creating a ruckus. After this, the officials started taking action.

According to the information, Ravi Shankar Srivastava, a resident of Nehru Enclave, is a retired principal of Maharishi Vidya Mandir. Ravi Shankar had reached the Janta Adalat held at LDA on Thursday along with two other people from the locality. He says that a person named Shivkumar Maurya has occupied the flat in the society.
The High Court, while disposing of the case, ordered to vacate the flat within 15 days. Along with this, an order was given to recover the rent from 1999 till now. Shivkumar Maurya had filed a petition in the High Court. Which was rejected on 10 July 2024. Despite this, he keeps 4-5 boys there and bullies the neighborhood.
Drunks gather in the park
Apart from this, they are also complaining about the maintenance of the park built in the society. They say that unruly people come and go in the neighborhood park. There is a gathering of drunkards. Due to which the atmosphere gets spoiled. They have complained to former VC of LDA Indramani Tripathi 7-8 times. But no action was taken.
While constructing the road in the area, a speed breaker was made. Which was made against the rules. There are children and elderly people in the locality. They have escaped falling from it many times. Ravi Shankar had gone to LDA regarding these matters. He got angry when his pleas were not heard. After this, he started raising slogans against LDA. Currently, LDA has assured him that all his problems will be resolved.
