DGC Rajeev Sharma and ADGC Kuldeep Pundir said, nine years ago, miscreants had carried out a robbery on two accountants who were going to deposit the cash of the cooperative society in the bank. He said that on 25 May 2015, Pramod Kumar and Sanjeev Kumar, accountants of the Kisan Cooperative Society, were going on a scooter to deposit the society’s cash of Rs 7.22 lakh in the cooperative bank. He said, when both of them reached near Kanya Inter College Baghra, miscreants on a bike stopped the scooter near the ground.

The case was registered in Titavi police station
The miscreants fled after looting cash worth more than seven lakhs kept in his scooter at gunpoint. A case regarding the incident was registered at the Titavi police station. DGC Rajiv Sharma and ADGC Kuldeep Pundir said that the police had investigated the incident and filed a chargesheet in the court under sections of robbery against five accused including Deepak Saini son of Shripal resident Kachi Garhi police station Garhipukhta district Shamli.

He told that the trial was conducted by presiding officer of POCSO Act Court I, ADJ Manjula Bhalotia. After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court held Deepak Saini, who confessed to the crime, guilty of robbery and sentenced him to nine years imprisonment. A fine of 10 thousand rupees was also imposed on him. He told that Deepak Saini has been imprisoned for nine years.
