In Mahoba, when Reliance pump refused to give petrol, some goons on bikes vandalised the pump and attacked the pump worker. Police identified both the accused and arrested them. They have been sent to jail after filing a case against them under serious sections.

Late night on 17th July, two unknown goons reached Reliance Petrol Pump situated at Charkhari Bypass and vandalised the pump when they did not get petrol and forcefully entered the pump office and beat up the employee. Late night the employee Amit Verma had refused to give petrol. Enraged by this, the two goons riding a bike entered the pump cabin and vandalised it and beat up the pump employee Amit Verma. During this fight, the pump employee was seriously injured and bleeding due to glass hitting his neck. After committing the crime, both the accused fled from the spot. The incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed in the petrol pump. But due to the faces of the accused not being clear, the police had to work hard to solve this case.

SP had formed three teams
Superintendent of Police Aparna Gupta had formed three teams to investigate the incident at the petrol pump. The city Kotwali police, surveillance and SWAT team started scanning the CCTV footage installed in the city to search for the accused and informers were also deployed in this regard. Finally, the police got success. The police arrested Arshil alias Aman son of Sharafat, resident of Bhatipura Mohalla and Junaid Khan alias Shibu son of Momin Khan, resident of Bichhu Pahadiya area. The bike used in the incident was also recovered from them.
