It is noteworthy that Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has called a meeting of its legal team tomorrow. In which the legal aspects of this unconstitutional and illegal order will be discussed. He said that earlier such an order was issued by the Muzaffarnagar administration. But now the official order of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has come out. In which not only Muzaffarnagar and its surroundings but also all the fruit-vegetable vendors, dhabas and hotel owners on the route of Kanwar Yatra have been asked to paste their name cards on their shops, dhabas or hotels.

Muslims refused to come to work
Maulana Madani said that so far we have received information that the managers or owners of many Dhabas and hotels who were Muslims have refused to allow them to work during the Kanwar Yatra. It is obvious that who can dare to violate the government’s order.

Every citizen should be treated equally
Maulana Madani also said that all the citizens of the country have been given complete freedom in the Constitution to wear whatever they want, eat whatever they want, no one will interfere in their personal choice. Because this is a matter of the fundamental rights of the citizens. It is clearly stated in the Constitution that no citizen of the country will be discriminated against on the basis of his religion, color and caste and every citizen will be treated equally.
