There was a stir in Sultanpur on Saturday when the bodies of two people including a woman were found in two different police station areas. The body of the woman has been identified, but the body of the middle-aged man could not be identified. The police has started action by sending both the bodies for post-mortem.

The first case is from Katghar Pure Chauhan village of Chanda Kotwali area of the district. Where the body of a woman resident of Chhapar village was found in the Gomti river in a suspicious condition. On seeing the body, a huge crowd of people gathered at the spot. People informed the police. On receiving the information, Chanda police reached the spot. The help of divers was taken to take out the body from the river. The woman has been identified as Amravati Devi, resident of Chhapar Gola village of Chanda police station area.
Sensation spread when the body of a villager was found near Bahurawan Bazaar on Baldirai Para Road under Baldirai police station. Police reached the spot after getting information from local people, but even after hours of efforts, the body could not be identified. It is being told that the deceased died on the road last night. SO RB Suman said that the process of identifying the body is going on. At present, the body has been kept in the post-mortem house.
