Bijnor District Bar Association election concluded | Bijnor District Bar Association election concluded: Yashpal Singh won the post of President and Vishal Agarwal won the post of General Secretary – Bijnor News


The election for six posts of Bijnor District Bar Association has been completed. Out of 1963 voters, 1773 lawyers cast their votes. Yashpal Singh won the post of president in the counting of votes. Yashpal Singh defeated Rajiv Chauhan by 56 votes.

Actually, the election of the District Bar Association has been completed. Voting for 6 posts started at 7:00 am in the Bar Hall located at Judge. Voters kept coming in from the morning itself and continued till 5:00 pm. Counting of votes started at 6:00 pm and continued till late night.

In the results that came late at night, Yashpal Singh won the post of president. He defeated Rajiv Chauhan by 56 votes. Yashpal Singh got 912 votes and Rajiv Chauhan got 855 votes.

Apart from this, Munesh Kumar Chahal won the post of Senior Vice President, Ranjeet Singh won the post of Junior Vice President, Ashish Tomar won the post of Joint Secretary Administration, Mamtaesh Chauhan won the post of Joint Secretary Sanskrit. Chief Election Officer Mahendra Pal Singh presented certificates to all the winners.

The office bearers elected unopposed are Ankur Kumar Gaur for the post of Librarian, Ambika Singh Rana for the post of Treasurer, Alok Govil, Mahendra Pal Singh Saini, Vishwanath Sharma, Ishak Ahmed, Hasan Ali and Shambhu Singh for the post of Senior Governing Council Member, Mohammad Arif, Wajid Hasan, Hanuman Singh, Mohammad Iftikhar etc. have already been declared elected for the post of Junior Governing Council Member.
