As the Indian team gears up for their upcoming white-ball tour of Sri Lanka, the new T20I skipper, Suryakumar Yadav is already up and training in full flow ahead of the series.

The T20 specialist batter uploaded a video on his official Instagram handle where he is seen doing some running drills with the post captioned, “Giving it all, every day”.

While Suryakumar has already captained the side earlier, it will be his first series where he will be the skipper of the Indian T20I side for the long run. India will begin their tour of Sri Lanka with the T20I series which begins on July 27. All three of the T20I games will be taking place at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Pallekele, Sri Lanka.

Among the notable additions to the T20I squad include the likes of Riyan Parag, Washington Sundar, Khaleel Ahmed and Ravi Bishnoi. Parag only made his debut in the recent tour of Zimbabwe while Khaleel Ahmed and Ravi Bishnoi made their return to the side in the Zimbabwe series as well.
