First know about which matter the issue has escalated
Ashok Nishad, a resident of Karondia Nirala Nagar in Kotwali Nagar, had rented his house to Dayavanti Devi. About five years ago, Dayavanti left Ashok’s house due to rent dispute. It is alleged that earlier also there was a fight between the two parties, regarding which the police had made a compromise. On July 3, Dayavanti’s two daughters had gone to coaching, while returning, Ashok and his wife abused and beat Dayavanti’s daughters. A case was registered in the Kotwali regarding this.

The video went viral on Saturday
Ashok sought the MP’s help in the case filed in the police station. The MP did not plead but asked him to settle the case. This was not liked by Ashok and his community. Village head Samar Bahadur Nishad of Bhawanipur of Baldirai block and others called up MP Ram Bhual and not only scolded him but also used abusive language. Its audio has been going viral since Saturday.

There is a good relationship between me and the MP, some people are doing this to spoil it. However, Samar’s face is clearly visible in the video and he is even abusing the MP.
