The daughters of late Shri Harihar Pandey, who was among the petitioners in the original suit in the court, have demanded to be made a party. Lord Vishwanath’s advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi has objected to their plea.

An appeal was filed in the court seeking an opportunity for the daughters to preserve their father’s legacy and participate in fulfilling his dreams. After accepting the petition, the court began the hearing. Also, 5 days were given to file objections, which have now expired. Its copy will be presented in the court, after which the case will be heard this afternoon.

The hearing of Lord Vishwanath’s case of 1991 related to Gyanvapi is going on in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Prashant Kumar (Fast Track Court). An objection was filed by the three daughters of the late plaintiff Harihar Pandey regarding becoming a party. The court has accepted his application and fixed July 16 as the time for objection.

The court seriously considered each petition and said that both the parties will be given full opportunity. Lord Vishwaeshwar’s advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi has filed an objection by submitting an application with an affidavit. In this case, facts were presented regarding the inclusion or non-inclusion of a new party. However, the court will give its decision on becoming a party only after the objection is filed.

Let us tell you that the hearing in the 1991 ancient idol Swayambhu Lord Vishwanath case related to Gyanvapi is almost in its final stage in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court Prashant Singh. Both the parties have presented their arguments, but now the applications to become a party have hindered the outcome of the case.
