After receiving reports of difficulties on the Panchkroshi Marg of Varanasi, Divisional Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma inspected the Parikrama Marg. The Commissioner who went on the Panchkroshi Marg found a picture of difficulties and mismanagement. At some places the road was broken and at some places the drain water was overflowing on the roads.

The Nagar Nigam’s lies were also exposed near Chitaipur crossing. The cable was taken underground till the street light pole but investigation revealed that no cement was used after laying the cable underground. It was buried under the soil and bricks were placed on top. The Commissioner got angry at this and called the Nagar Aayukt and directed him to provide the estimate, work order, information about the contractor. He also directed to investigate and take action against those responsible.

The commissioner directed the Nagar Nigam to immediately hand over the electricity, water and sanitation services of the Dharamshalas from UPPCL. There is no drainage system in Dharamshalas number 3 to 10. For this, instructions were given to start a project for arranging the drainage system. Interlocking should be arranged on the road side and in the review meeting, the CM had given instructions to the Nagar Nigam and VDA to improve the image. Plants should be planted in all the Dharamshalas after finding suitable places.

The toilet built next to Dharamshala number one should be repaired and put to use soon. Gave instructions to remove a faulty hand pump in Dharamshala number two. He said that the land where the government building is in a dilapidated condition near Kandwa lake should be cleared and a project for a useful facility for the people should be brought there. Asked to plant trees around the pond. Asked to remove encroachment near Kandwa turn. Asked to put up a shed in front of the temple after taking permission from the Archaeological department. During the Bhim Chandi inspection, he gave instructions to make arrangements for cleanliness of the Dharamshala premises, toilets, electricity system, drinking water, drain for water drainage. He warned the BDO and the village secretary to inform about those cleaners who do not work properly.
