After that, when I asked for the money from Rajneesh, he refused to give the money and started threatening to kill me.

There was also a dispute about selling the house

It is alleged that Rajneesh conspired with two of his associates and took money by fraud. Police have registered an FIR on the basis of the complaint and started investigation. During the investigation, police found out that Rajneesh had bought a house and kept the woman to live in it. The woman sold the house without informing Rajneesh. Rajneesh was not aware of this. When Rajneesh asked for his share from the woman, she refused to give it.

Police station in-charge Ravindra Singh said that after investigation the whole case seems suspicious. The woman is being questioned in the case.
