A case of assault on a youth of a different community has come to light in the Rasalganj area of Bannadevi police station area of Aligarh. The victim has alleged that he had lent money to some people of the area a long time ago. Now he was in need of money.

When he asked for his money from the accused, they started abusing him and beat him up. Not only this, the accused also threatened to kill him, after which the victim has filed a written complaint against all of them in the police station and demanded legal action.
The accused was given the goods from the hardware store
Shoaib Ahmad, son of Nazar Ahmad, resident of Sarai Rehman, told the police that he has a hardware business. The accused has a furniture business. Both of them have business transactions. Due to which, two years ago, he had given handles from his shop to the accused.
The victim said that these handles were worth 19 thousand rupees. At that time the accused had said that he would give the money the next day, but two years have passed. On Tuesday, he asked for his money from the accused, so he called him to collect the money. When he went to collect his money, the accused started abusing and beating him. After which he ran away from the spot to save his life.
The victim said that the accused wanted to lynch him
The victim has alleged that he belongs to the Muslim community, while the accused belong to another community. That is why the accused are not giving him money and beat him up. They also pulled his beard and abused him. The accused wanted to lynch him and their intention was to kill him. But somehow the victim saved his life. After the incident, the police is investigating the case.
Bannadevi police station in-charge Pankaj Mishra said that the case is being investigated on the basis of the victim’s complaint. A case will be registered in the matter and strict legal action will be taken.
