A video of bullying by bullies has surfaced in Hamirpur. In which the bullies have not only beaten a young man brutally, but also tried to drag him by putting a cloth around his neck. After the video went viral, the police swung into action and found the victim and registered a case on the basis of his complaint.

He asked for money to drink alcohol
The video is from Imilia Thok Ward No. 2 in Sumerpur police station area. Here, three of Imilia’s neighbours asked Suraj for money for drinking alcohol two days ago and when he refused to give money, he was beaten up and a video was also made. One of the bullies posted this video of the beating on social media. Seeing this, the police came into action and registered a case under relevant sections on the complaint of the victim Suraj.
The incident is of 21 July
Police informed through social media cell that on the complaint of victim Suraj, a case has been registered against Deepu and Chigghu under relevant sections. These two accused had beaten Suraj with sticks while he was sitting in front of his house on the night of 21st July. After registering the case, investigation is underway in this case.
