Due to rain, water was accumulated at many places in Loni, Vijaynagar, Siddharth Vihar, Mohannagar area. Water was also seen on some roads in Indirapuram and Vasundhara. Due to this, there was a traffic jam on Shipra Mall Road in Indirapuram in the morning. Vehicles of people going to office got stuck in the jam. It took a long time for the jam of about one kilometer to clear.
Due to rain, there is a problem of power cut in many areas of Ghaziabad. There is no electricity in 50 Foota Rampark Extension of Loni area since 5 am. The same situation is in Vasundhara area. 7 villages are affected due to lack of supply to Noorpur feeder from Muradnagar power house.
