All such vehicle owners of Ballia, whose vehicles were used in election work, must submit their cost book by July 25. Vehicle owners have to submit the cost book in the District Supply Officer Office or District Election Office.

So that the amount of rent of their vehicle can be assessed and payment can be ensured. Deputy District Election Officer Devendra Pratap Singh said that the vehicle owners whose heavy and light vehicles were used in election work for the Lok Sabha General Election-2024.
They have not yet submitted their vehicle’s cost book to the Election Office/District Supply Office. Such vehicle owners must submit their vehicle’s cost book to the District Supply Officer or District Election Office by 25th July. So that the amount of their vehicle’s fare can be assessed and payment can be ensured.
