In a complaint to Madiaon police, Nitin Kumar Mishra said that he had gone to Chandrika Devi temple on 24th July at 11 am for darshan. When he reached home at 5 pm, he found the lock of the main gate broken. When he went inside the house, he found all the lockers broken along with the iron cupboard. From this, the miscreants stole 3 gold chains, 1 gold necklace, 12 gold rings, 3 pairs of silver anklets, 12 pairs of silver coins, Ganesh Lakshmi idol, a gold mangalsutra and Rs 25,000. In the police investigation, it is coming to light that the incident was carried out after recce.

Theft in sweet shop in Kakori

Surendra Kumar has a sweet shop in Kakori. On Thursday night, thieves broke the lock of the shop and stole cash worth Rs. 12,000, three big pans, a gas cylinder and 10 boxes of cold drinks. Police reached the spot after getting information and started investigation. The victim has filed a complaint against unknown thieves at Kakori police station for theft in the sweet shop.
