Director Farah Khan’s mother passes away: She had undergone surgery several times; celebrated her birthday two weeks ago

Director and choreographer Farah Khan’s mother Menaka Irani passed away today. She was ill for a long time. She was undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital. She was discharged and returned home, but her condition deteriorated again. Even after re-admission, she could not be saved. She breathed her last in the hospital itself.
