In Sitapur, District Magistrate Abhishek Anand conducted the monthly inspection of the Electronic Voting Machine Storage Room and VVPAT Storage Room (external inspection of the warehouse) after the public hearing. During the inspection, the DM along with the political parties saw the storage arrangements.

Necessary instructions were given to the concerned. He inspected the CCTV cameras installed in the electronic voting machine storage room on the TV screen and also gave instructions for cleanliness. During this, representatives of various political parties and election department employees were present.

During the public hearing in the Collectorate office, the DM listened to the complaints of the complainants seriously and instructed the concerned department head over the phone to resolve the problems of the complainants on priority. During the public hearing, the DM gave strict instructions to various officials and said that IGRS should be resolved on priority.

The DM said that delay and negligence in disposal will not be tolerated. In case of IGRS default, action will be taken against the concerned person. The DM directed the Revenue Department to dispose of complaints related to land dispute and mutation in a timely and quality manner.

During the public hearing, the DM directed the Social Welfare Department to deliver pension and beneficiary-oriented schemes to the beneficiaries without any delay. Ensure that complaints related to pension etc. are resolved seriously. The DM gave strict instructions to transfer the complaints related to the dispute to the police department and settle them.
