It is being told that after this the SP visited the police line. In which he took stock of the cleanliness of the entertainment hall, dial 112, DCR, radio branch, field unit gymnasium hall, badminton hall, canteen, type 2, type 3 residences and the arrangement of clean drinking water and after inspection gave necessary instructions to the Quarter Master Inspector. During the mess inspection, instructions were given to provide quality food and maintain proper cleanliness. On this occasion, all the branch in-charges and officers and employees appointed in the office were present along with the Quarter Master Inspector.

In this sequence, the SP heard the problems of the complainants who came for Janta Darshan. Necessary guidelines were given to the concerned officers for prompt disposal of the received public complaints. He said that all gazetted officers and station in-charges should resolve the problems at their own level. The complainants should not face any kind of problem.
