The superintending engineer clarified that strict action will be taken against the negligent employees and those who do good work will be honored on 15th August.

After the appointment of JP Verma, a wave of reform has started in Shahjahanpur Electricity Department. Action is being taken against the employees who are negligent in departmental work and ignore the consumers. Earlier the superintending engineer did not pay attention to this issue, but JP Verma made a list of such employees and started transferring them.

Not only TG-2 but also contract workers are included in the transfer list. Transfer will give employees an opportunity to learn new tasks.

TG-2 Chhote Lal posted in Electricity Distribution Block-I has been sent to Electricity Distribution Block Jalalabad. TG-2 Mohammad Aslam, Virendra Kumar, Ramsevak, and Rajesh Kumar have also been sent to Jalalabad and Tilhar. Vinod Kumar of Block Tilhar has been sent to Block II, TG-2 Jagdish Kumar Mishra has been sent to Puwaiyan, Krishna Kumar Verma and Mukesh Pal have also been sent to Block I.

JP Verma said that the work places of ten employees who were posted at the same place for more than 15 years have been changed. One employee was posted at the same place for 25 years. The work places of employees should keep changing from time to time. Strict action will be taken against those who are negligent.
