Due to the carelessness of the vendor selling tea in Pune Express weekly train going from Gorakhpur to Pune, hot tea fell on a passenger. This created chaos. Meanwhile, two passengers sitting on the gate fell from the train and died. While three passengers got burnt. All three were taken to hospital.

Train number 15029 going from Gorakhpur to Pune was going on Lalitpur Bina railway route on Friday morning. When the train reached near Karonda railway station, at around 6:30 in the morning a vendor came to sell tea in the general bogie of the train, during this time the employee opened the lid of the kettle and tea fell on the passengers. Due to which 27 year old Vishwanath son of Ramsevak, resident of Gauna, UP, 25 year old Manish son of Bholaraj, resident of Maharajganj and 32 year old Deepak son of Harishchandra, resident of Gorakhpur got burnt due to the falling of tea. Due to which there was an atmosphere of chaos in the coach.

The passengers were disembarked at Bina railway station
Meanwhile, 22 year old Jaswant, a resident of Gorakhpur, who was sitting at the gate, and another passenger fell down from the train and died. The passengers caught the vendor and handed him over to GRP when the train stopped at Bina Railway Station. The passengers who were burnt by the tea were made to get down at Bina Railway Station. Deepak, a passenger who was burnt by the tea, said that he was sleeping.

On getting information about two passengers falling, Bhangarh police of Madhya Pradesh reached the spot and took both the bodies in their custody and sent them for postmortem. CO GRP Jhansi Naeem Khan Mansuri said that the incident site is near Karonda station of MP. Where two passengers died after falling from the train.
