The new HP laptops are powered by the Snapdragon X Elite series processors

HP is the latest brand in the Indian market to upgrade its Windows AI PC lineup with the latest Snapdragon X Elite processors.

HP is introducing its latest AI-powered laptops in India, the HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X, both featuring the latest Snapdragon X Elite processor that is looking to compete with Intel Ultra and AMD Ryzen processors in the PC segment. The new HP models emphasise advanced AI features, robust security and extended battery life, something that the Snapdragon processors promise.

HP OmniBook X And EliteBook Ultra Price In India

The HP EliteBook Ultra is available in a single Atmospheric Blue option. The pricing for the same begins at Rs 1,69,934. The OmniBook X, on the other hand, is also available in a single colour option i.e. Meteor Silver. It has a starting price of Rs 1,39,999. Both AI-powered laptops are available to purchase from HP retail and online stores.

HP EliteBook Ultra And OmniBook X Features

The HP EliteBook Ultra is equipped with Qualcomm’s latest 12-core Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 processor, paired with a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. The Copilot+ PC sports a 14-inch 2.2K (2,240×1,400 pixels) touch display with 300nits of peak brightness and runs on Windows 11 Pro.Connectivity features include Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, two USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port and a headphone/microphone combo jack. Talking about the battery, the EliteBook Ultra packs a 59Wh battery that the company says can be charged up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. The battery is charged by a 65W USB Type-C power adapter.

The HP laptop measures 31.29 x 22.35 x 0.84 cm in size from the front side and weighs 1.34 kg. Additional features include dual stereo speakers, a full-size backlit keyboard, integrated dual-array microphones and a 5MP IR camera. Furthermore, it is equipped with an HP AI companion, a built-in AI assistant that boosts productivity.

The HP OmniBook X, on the other hand, comes with a similar Snapdragon processor as the EliteBook Ultra, paired with Qualcomm Adreno graphics, 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8448 MHz RAM and 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage.

Also, it gets the same 14-inch 2.2K (2,240×1,400 pixels) touch display with 300 nits of peak brightness. Unlike the EliteBook Ultra, the OmniBook X runs on Windows 11.

Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB Type-C ports (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort), 1 USB Type-A port and a headphone/microphone combo jack. The HP OmniBook X packs a 59Wh battery, which the company claims will offer up to 26 hours of battery life. Additionally, it also features an HP AI companion, dual speakers and a 5MP IR camera.
