On Saturday, buyers of Sector-168 Sunward Residency Arista protested at the society gate demanding basic facilities. The buyers held this protest under the supervision of Sun Arista Welfare Society. The buyers accused the builder of wasting the money they had paid.

Forensic audit of accounts should be done

The buyers have not yet been registered in the flats where possession was given to them. The buyers demanded that a forensic audit of the builder’s accounts be conducted. Apart from this, an escrow account should be opened between the builder and the buyers. So that the buyers’ money is invested in their facilities and the builder cannot divert it to other projects. The buyers said that this project was launched by 5 directors. Which included Dinesh Goyal, Dharamveer Singh, YK Gupta, Saurav Gupta and Sanjeev Gupta. However, all the original directors have resigned.

Buyers trapped in the builder’s temptation

Buyers clearly said that the builder management is cheating us. SAWS secretary Ashish Verma said, “The residents of Sunward Arista invested their life savings here after getting lured by the builder’s tempting advertisement. But we are all troubled by the builder’s negligence.

The authority resigned

In this regard, GM Planning met Noida Authority on 19th July. He has assured that action will be taken against the builder. SWAS President Mannu Pratap Singh has urged the concerned authorities to intervene and ensure a fair solution.
