Ramita Jindal will compete in the 10m air rifle women’s final.
The second day of the Paris Olympics was historic for India. Manu Bhaker won the bronze medal in shooting at the Olympics after 12 years. She became the first Indian woman to win an Olympic medal in shooting.
Today on Monday, India will challenge in shooting, badminton, hockey and archery. Indian athletes will be eyeing 3 medal events. Our players will participate in 2 medal events. In these, Ramita Ramita will aim for the medal at 1 pm and Arjun Babuta at 3:30 pm in the 10 meter air rifle women and men’s finals of shooting.
The Indian archery team will play the quarter-final match. The final match of this event will also be held in the evening.

Indian men’s and women’s doubles matches in badminton
Badminton doubles matches will start at 12 noon. In the first match, the pair of star shuttlers Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will face the pair of Lamsfuss Mark and Sedel Marvin of Germany in men’s doubles. After this, from 12:50 pm, Tanisha Crasto and Ashwini Ponnappa will play against Japan’s Nami Matsuyama and Chiharu Shida in women’s doubles.

Ramita Jindal will challenge for a medal in the 10 meter air rifle final from 1 pm. Arjun Babuta will also fight for a medal in the men’s event from 3:30 pm.
Hockey and archery matches too
The Indian men’s hockey team will play against Argentina from 4:15 pm. In its first match, the Indian team defeated New Zealand 3-2 in an interesting match. After this, the men’s mixed team will play in the quarter-finals in archery. Dheeraj Bommadevara, Praveen Jadhav and Tarundeep Roy will challenge from India. This archery match will start from 5:45 pm. Apart from this, in table tennis, Shreeji Akula will play against GN Jeng in the round of 32 match.
