The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CUET UG Result 2024. Students can check the result on the official website exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. Along with the CUET scorecard, the final answer key of CUET UG has also been released.
For the first time the exam was held in hybrid mode:
This exam was conducted in hybrid mode across the country from May 15 to May 29. This time the candidates had the option to choose only 6 optional subjects instead of 10 subjects like last year in the exam.
The exam was conducted at exam centers in 379 cities of the country. 13.48 lakh candidates appeared in the exam.
Provisional answer key released on 7 July:
NTA had released the provisional answer key of CUET UG 2024 on 7th July 2024. Along with this, a notice was also issued which said, if any complaint raised by any candidate regarding the conduct of the examination is found to be correct, then the examination will be conducted again for CUET-UG candidates from July 15 to 19.
Re-examination was held on 19 July:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the re-examination of students who had lodged complaints regarding CUET UG exams on July 19. This exam was conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode. Admit cards were also issued separately for the students appearing in the re-examination.
Admission will be available in 46 central universities:
Candidates who are successful in CUET UG can take admission in UG courses in 46 central universities including Delhi University, Jamia University, Allahabad University, Banaras Hindu University.
After the results are released, the admission process for UG courses in these universities will begin. This time many state universities have also participated in CUET UG. Candidates will be able to take admission in the college of their choice based on their scorecard.
