Due to which people are facing problems like traffic jam on the main road.
The action was taken by running a campaign
Last Saturday, under the leadership of City Magistrate Brijendra Kumar and CO City Anjani Kumar Pandey, action was taken against many shops during a campaign against encroachment. Hence, on Sunday, there was no encroachment on both sides of the road. Generally, on Sunday, fewer shops are set up as compared to other days. But on Monday, it has been encroached again by permanent and temporary shopkeepers.
In this regard, Nagar Palika’s Executive Officer Dinesh Kumar Yadav said that street vendors can set up their shops anywhere in the city area except on the main road. Along with this, he said that continuous action will be taken against the permanent shopkeepers who have encroached the space outside their shops. He also said that if the encroachment is not removed from the roadside even after warning, strict action will be taken against them.
